SeattleMegan:I know this may be somewhat taboo on this board 
but I have to bring dessert to an event tomorrow and have a box of white cake mix sitting in the pantry that I need to use. If you have a favorite way to use this, let me know! I know I can google and come up w/ a bunch of options but I always like to hear personal recommendations, too.

I just did this today to use up some cake mix I had in the pantry.
1 box cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips or nuts :)
Combine and bake at 350 for 10 minutes :)
Should give you about 3-4 dozen cookies depending on the size.
