Dinner themes

Since DH won't tell me what he is hungry for my sister and I came up with a plan. Each week (or as long as it takes for him to figure it out) I am going to feature something as the base for every meal. Next week will be meatballs. I need to come up with 5 or 6 different meatball meals. So far I have meatballs with gravy and noodles, meatball sandwiches, meatball parmesan with pasta, and sweet and sour meatballs over rice... any other suggestions?

I think it will be a blast! I am thinking chicken for the following week... and then hamburgers the week after! This might actually make cooking fun again for me :)
