I got into the program!

About 3 weeks ago I posted about how I had applied for this leadership program within my company.  I got it!  It is a 6 month long program and I start it in November!  

This is Oliver, yes, he did this to himself. He thinks pink is his color, unlike my husband.

Hey there carpe!  It is a program that you follow different various people in nursing leadership.  I will have to do a project, and will be taken off of the floor to do this program (8-16 hours every 2 weeks.)  Plus, this is a big boost for the resume!

I think you were smart to apply for it, SM.  Especially if you'd like to do more nursing leadership/teaching/administration at a later point in your career.  Quite an honor, considering you had to be selected for the program :-)
