Have a favorite crock pot meal?

This girl could use your recipes.  I'm trying to prepare our 2 week menu and am falling short on ideas.  TIA!

My little love bugs!

Chicken Salsa

1 package of chicken (I put them in there frozen)

1 package of taco seasoning

3/4 cup of water (or whatever the taco seasoning says)

1 jar of salsa

Throw it all in the crockpot and cook on low for 10 hrs.  It will start shredding or take a fork to it and shred it

Mmmm...I love making pot roast in the crock pot.

Cut up two potatoes into chunks; cut up carrots into chunks.  You can use celery, too, if you want.  Put it in the crock, then place the beef roast on top.  Add 1/2 cup water or beef broth.  The rest of the seasonings, I don't measure...I just eyeball it.  I add Worcestershire sauce (a few shakes...how ever much that is!), salt, a bit of pepper, garlic powder, onion salt, celery salt, and oregano.  I've kind of played with the seasonings lately...that's what I added last night.

Cook on low for 10-12 hours.

I made really yummy chicken tacos in there one night but I forget where I got the recipe.  It made the chicken so tender and pull apart-y.

I just made this last night:

Crockpot Beef-Tortellini Soup

1 lb. beef stew meat                                     3/4 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped carrot                                     1/2 c chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped                       2 t sugar
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained       1 t dried basil leaves
2 10.5 oz cans condensed beef consomme    1 c frozen cut green beans
2 c frozen cheese tortellini

In crockpot, add beef, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, sugar, tomatoes, and beef consomme in order listed.  Cover; cook on low heat setting 8 - 9 hours.  About 25 minutes before serving, stir in basil, frozen tortellini, and green beans.  Increase heat setting to high.  Cover; cook about 25 minutes or until beans are tender.
