Getting rid of "newbie" status!

I have seen this on some of the other boards.  You make one huge post to get your points up....and get rid of the newbie status!!!  I say lets go for it!!  I am also bored out of my mind today...and it could bring some much needed comic relief :)

The newbie status bites!  Plus, the font is so freakin' small.  I wear contacts and I have to squint to read some of it.

Other things I don't like about the new format:

-can't tell who's online

-rearranging the posts

-it's SO SLOW

-what are the points all about?

i know....

i really should work on doing something different with my life....but i swear....this place zaps every ounce of energy from me...it is ridiculous....

DH (and I - but I mostly just paint) are flipping a house with his rents.  It's so close to over, but I just can't wait.  I want my husband back!  He spends so much time there that I end up missing him.

I think any job sucks the life out of you at some point.  I can't think of a job that I would truly love doing for the rest of my life.

Dinner = Japanese leftovers that I'll add some chicken to because I ate all the pork out of it at the restaurant.

 No Bachelor watching here.  I just didn't get into this season.  May watch the next Bachelorette, though.

I think I've seen every freakin' episode.  I do find myself laughing aloud sometimes.  My parents were up visiting a couple of weekends ago and my dad said "I guess I should watch this - it's kind of funny.  I mean, it's on every time I turn on the TV."
