For cookie exchanges I like taking something unusual. I like Martha Stewart's Lime Meltaways -- they are different and super easy. There's also an easy cookie (bar) recipe in Paula Deen's latest magazine that I want to try: Homemade Kit Kat Bars (can't find the recipe online but I have the magazine and can send you the recipe if you're interested -- email me at wordlover23 at gmail dot com). You make them with club crackers stacked with melted butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, chocolate and butterscotch morsels. Love that Paula Deen and her sugar.
