I am reading Dog Sense By John Bradshaw. I figured this was going to be a hard one for me so i tried to find something that somewhat interested me...i like dogs so we will see. it was on Colbert's 2011 book list. Good Luck!!

I'm going with Decision Points by George W. Bush.  I've heard great things about it...and I bought it for my dad for Christmas last year.  So, I'll just borrow his copy.  :)

I'm another one reading Decision Points by George W. Bush.  My husband owns the book, and has tried to get me to read it for awhile, so I think I'll just bite the bullet and do it.  I'm actually looking forward to reading it.

I am going to read Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother

but I HIGHLY recommend The Psychopath Test if you haven't read it yet, it is in my top 3 books for 2011 so far.  If you have any interest in psychology you will find it fascinating.  I read it in about a day and a half, quick read.

Me too. I want to be her BFF.

I'm not sure what I'm going to read, but this is my favorite of the 25 pt tasks. There are so many good books on those lists.

I think I might read Packing for Mars by Mary Roach.  I've been trying to read all of her books and this is the only one I have left.  Plus, I can get it on audio.  #winning!

I do want to read Decision Points as well but it is so huge and I already have a bunch of big books for FBC.

I was planning on reading God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything by Christopher Hitchens....however, I might read this one now for the "Read a book a religion other than your own" category. We'll see!

I have The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks on hold at the library - have been waiting for 2 months or so now, I'm not hopefully that I'll get it in time for the challenge.

So I chose The Death and Life of the Great American School System by Diane Ravitch instead.

That's what I'm reading too. I actually started it earlier this summer, just read a bit and got sidetracked, but it's really fascinating. His storytelling reminds me of Malcolm Gladwell or Daniel Pink.
