Love this kitchen!

I have total kitchen envy between YHL's remodel and Our Humble ABowed's kitchen.   (I can't link in text) http://ourhumbleabowed.wordpress.com/2012/03/13/stick-a-fork-in-it/

I think it's fun to read both blogs to get ideas, but I much prefer this kitchen.  It just seems welcoming and functional.  YHL's has some cool ideas, but feels too cold and sterile.

I can't believe it cost about 10k!  I wonder what YHL's will come in at?

I don't like YHL's kitchen.  Our Humble Abowed's kitchen is gorgeous, and they are proof that it can be done on a budget by non-professionals without looking amateur.

You hit the nail on the head.  That's something that bothers me about YHL's kitchen.  So many of their projects seem like they take the easy DIY way out which makes it look amateurish.
