How can I find a bank manager's e-mail if it's not on the website?

I want to write a really nice note about one of the representatives at my new credit union, but I can't find the branch managers e-mail.

Any ideas on where to dig it up?

I'm thinking about using the "live chat" option. Is that horrendously stupid?

Did you google the name of the bank and "branch manager"? If you haven't done this already, that may give you a jumping off point.

Call the branch and ask for their email? Maybe say you tried to email them and it bounced back? I usually fall for that excuse.

I ended up just live chatting them. They gave me his name, but wouldn't give me the e-mail. He's going to call :)
