I came home from work, walked, and then cleaned my whole house because my parents are coming to town tomorrow. Now my back is absolutely killing me and I'm about to cry.

Well, personally, I don't think the wine is going to work for you
However - icy hot/bengay. They make those patches too, I used them earlier in the week and they worked well. You just have to ignore the strong smell! Two Tylenol might help, too!
