LL Bean has them, though I usually see them at locally owned hardware stores or smaller stores like Tractor Supply, Ace Hardwares, etc.

My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

Surprisingly Michaels or JoAnns. They are in a box and you have to put them together. You can then paint or stain them. They are usually around $100 but you can always use a coupon and buy them one at a time.

This.  Just saw some outside of a local hardware store this morning.  Also, someone on our craigslist posts them, handmade by him.  They looked pretty nice too, so you might want to check your CL too.

The Home Depot near to where I live has both wooden and plastic Adirondack chairs. You can get them already put together or in a box.

My favorite picture because I knew I was in love that night. photo h_zps4345372b.jpg

Tritto. Got 2 from WM last year for about $60/ea. They had wood finishes but came in a variety of fun colors as well.

I just ordered some from LLBean. I liked that they folded up, so we could store them in the winter time.

I had two of them from Harbor Freight - they come unfinished, so you can finish them however you want.

Surprisingly they were good quality and very sturdy.  I freecycled them because we ended up getting a small bench for the front porch here (I had the adirondacks here and at my previous house) that fit slightly better than they did - they had lots of life left and someone else is enjoying them now :)

They are $39.99, and you can get them 25% off with a coupon almost all the time.

Here is a pic from their site:
