Do you love your kitchen appliances?

We are renovating our kitchen in July. We do not want top of the line nor do we want poor quality.  Somewhere in middle.  What brand is the best quality and price?

I love my LG fridge (with french doors and freezer on the bottom).  So much room!  Our dishwasher is pretty much silent (Bosch) and I love that too.  Performs excellent.  I have a Kenmore cooktop/convection oven and I couldn't ask for better.  If you wait until 4th of July weekend or Labor day you might be able to save a lot of money.  If you buy everything from one place you can also get additional discounts.  That's how we saved a lot through Sears.  Most stores will also price match.  Sears did for us and we saved even more.

Love mine. Researched for 6 months and happy with the result. This is high end of'middle of the road' but there certainly is a level above these. I think the total + washer/dryer and cheap fridge/dw in bar was 15k with builder discount.

- GE Monogram fridge -  built-in with bottom freezer

- kitchenaid dishwasher  - highest model

- kitchenaid built-in microwave

- kitchenaid double wall oven

- kitchenaid 36" induction cooktop (love this better than my previous 10k Viking commercial gas stove) it is a far superior cooking mechanism than gas or obviously standard electric.

- zephyr hood liner

 - built in wine fridge (lower brand)

I have two appliances I am obsessed with:

Samsung fridge - side by side - love love love it.

36" Wolf dual range with convection oven - six burners - SIX - love love love love it.  We bought a floor model so we saved around 40%.  Totally worth it.

We just purchased all new appliances in January, and we love them (so far).  We have Kenmore Elite brand french door/bottom freezer fridge, microwave range, and gas convection stove/oven.  We went with a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher because we loved our old one, and it is so quiet that sometimes I forget I turned it on.  We got all four of these for around $3200.
