here is what I am thinking:
Mon:shrimp cakes, grilled baby bok choy, rice pilaf
Tues:chicken teriyaki, brown rice, broccoli
Wed: need to do takeout or frozen pizza--go straight from work to dog training class
Thursday: brined pork chops, roasted fingerling potatoes, salad
Friday: tortelini with pesto and chicken sausage
