Baptism Brunch Menu

i am hosting a brunch for my daughter's baptism this weekend. I was wondering if you could take a look at my menu and let me know if I am missing anything?

Prime Rib

Strawberry french toast bake

Cheesy hash brown casserole

Carmel banana pecan bread

Baked brie

Berries and cream parfait for a light dessert

Fresh assorted fruit

Coffee

OJ/ Milk/Water

Mimosa's

Looks delicious! Only other typical brunch thing missing is some egg dish like a quiche.
