Pregnancy Test is negative but...

I still haven't gotten my period (2 days late), but my AHPTs are negative.  Has anyone ever experienced this and found out they were pregnant? I've felt like I was pregnant since couple days after ovulation.

I didn't get my BFP until 15 DPO which was 3 days late for me. It was weird. Keep testing.

It may be too early. I would test again in a couple days.

I got my BFP 4 days before my expected period (November 20). I don't know how many days past ovulation I was when I got it. It takes at least 7 to 10 days from ovulation to implantation for you to be able to experience any symptoms. So, feeling pregnant a day or two after you ovulated is unlikely. The egg had not even implanted to create pregnancy hormone yet.

Anyway, the only thing you can do is keep testing until you get a faint second line.

Good luck.

I always heard it may take "up to" 7 days for implantation to happen.  I thought it could happen a couple days after ovulation.  Anyway, my second pregnancy I had the same symptoms/feelings and that ended up being a miscarriage.  I swore I was pregnant maybe 3 days after ovulation.  So I guess we'll see!

Wait...what? Not sure how that's possible.

This.

My cycles were always very regular but got all wonky once we were TTC.  During the 7 months of TTC there were a few months when AF came really late- once even 10 days late.  Like the pp said:  keep testing until AF shows up or you get a BFP.

No, 7-10 days is correct.  It does not happen a couple of days after ovulation. The symptoms and feelings are generally due to an increase in progesterone.

How do you know when you ovulated? Were you charting? Taking your temp and ultrasound are the only way to confirm O, so if you didn't do either of those, you may have ovulated later than you think and aren't yet late.

Also, pregnancy symptoms are due to hcg, and pregnancy tests pick up teensy amounts of hcg. If you're having pregnancy symptoms, you'd get a positive test. Your 'feelings' sound like phantom symptoms or PMS.

Keep testing. GL.
