Which menu for a 2nd B-day party?

We are expecting approx. 24 adults and about 8 children 5 and under. 

Which menu?

Menu 1- sliders, mini-hot dogs, hot and italian sausage with peppers and onions, mixed toppings, baked beans, mac & cheese, salad.

Menu 2- Variety of cold cuts, bread, toppings, soup (cream of crab, beef vegetable, chicken corn chowder),  caesar salad, garden salad, harvest salad, garlic bread, croutons.

i think a combo of the 2 would be great. add the salads to option #1.

The soup seems like it could be awkward to eat if people are mostly standing around. Not to mention, it will make feeding the kids a bit harder. I prefer option 1. The items are easy to eat, and are appealing to kids & adults alike. I would suggest including a salad. Even a plain garden salad would suffice.

i voted for menu#1 and agree wtih PP,  add a garden salad to it to round it all out.

I agree with the PP, but I would also add containers of applesauce and baggies of some kind of snack (maybe goldfish) for the kiddos.
