Recommend Chicken Recipes

My husband has a sensitive stomach and only likes chicken and turkey.  I'm in a rut as to what to make for dinner.  Does anyone have recipe suggestions that don't include dairy, eggs or gluten?  Thanks!

What about pasta recipes? Trader Joe's sells corn pasta, which is gluten free. You could do tons with various sauces.

You could also try tacos or fajitas. Make your own seasoning, google it- super easy- to make sure it was all okay for him. Use corn tortillas (gluten free) and skip cheese. Instead, add beans and peppers.

I found a great recipe on sparkpeople.com you take 4-6 thin chicken breasts and line them in a casserole dish. Then you take a 4 oz jar of mango baby food (unless you want to puree fresh mangoes but I honestly prefer the baby food jar lol) along with 6 tbs of bbq sauce and 2/3 tbs of garlic powder. Mix that together and brush on chicken. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through and serve with whatever you like!

Chicken cacciatore. Sautee chopped onions, green bell pepper, minced garlic and teaspoon of Italian seasoning in butter for 3 minutes. Add 3 or 4 chicken thighs, spaghetti sauce (enough to cover chicken halfway) and a little white wine. Cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking flip chicken over and add sliced mushrooms. Yum!
