Better late than never!
Monday- Chicken chimichangas, white rice, black beans.
Tuesday- Tilapia Milanese with brown rice and broccoli.
Wednesday- Pork chops with dijon sauce, mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
Thursday -Roast beef with steamed carrots and red potatoes.
Friday- Penne with vodka cream sauce over baby spinach. I may add chicken to this.
Saturday- Tacos with rice and beans.
