You need to stop advertising that program on these boards. The link you posted directly benefits you and is against the TOS.
OP: Weight Watchers is a wonderful program for those who need help understanding portion control and nutrition. I personally prefer counting calories, but to each their own! Regulating your food you should be able to do right away after giving birth...if you were breast feeding I'm sure you'd need to hold off for a bit on high intensity cardio but if you're not BFing you can hop right into it!
