Sugar-Free Christmas Cookie recipe?

Does anyone have a good sugar-free Christmas cookie recipe? The BF is diabetic and it's our first Christmas together. I'm looking for a fun recipe we can make together.

It's hard to trust random recipe websites because sugar-free cookies can turn out really bad if it's not a great recipe.

You can make Cake Mix Cookies using a sugar free cake, and I have used SF chocolate covered raisins.  Be sure to only use about 3 in each cookie.  All of the SF stuff can cause stomach distress.

I have found that anything with SF jelly also works well.
