I see nothing wrong with her getting fired, each position is at risk of being let go for any cause, her boss had made comments that her clothes were too tight/revealing but she did nothing about it, didn't feel uncomfortable with him asking about her orgasms? I think she needs to move on, not appeal anything and find another job.
