Spanish Cookbooks

Does anyone know of Spanish (particularly Cuban) cookbooks, chefs, or recipe sites?? DH has been asking me to learn to cook this type of food, but everytime I ask his family to teach me they go so fast that I can't keep up, or they don't have an actual recipe- they just go from memory.

Try Jose Garces' book "The Latin Road Home". It features recipes from his time in Spain, and also from Cuba where his wife is from.
