Hello ladies! Long time, no see! I wanted to get your opinion on something :o)After doing this last round of Christmas cards, I decided that we need a nice return address stamp. (I love the ones here, for example, but will probably design my own.)I would love to have something simple like "The [Last Name]s," and then our address, but DH and I have different last names, and after 6 1/2 years of marriage I'm not changing my name for a rubber stamp! So, do you think I should go with just first names, or just last names? The last names version seems kind of formal, especially considering we'd be using it mostly just for friends, but doing just first names might be too informal..? WDYT?
Option 1:Joe & Jane123 Main St.Anytown, ST 12345
Option 2:Smith & Jones123 Main St.Anytown, ST 12345
PS: Yes, I know I am way overthinking this ;o)
I'd go with first names. Less formal, more whimsy.
Thanks, first names it is!
I think I am going to just design my own stamp and have it made at OvernightPrints.com. I've gotten stampers there before and they're good quality.
Maybe "The Jones-Smith Family" or "A. Jones & B. Smith"?
