any teething babies not able to keep stuff down?

We've been thinking Baby is teething for the last couple weeks now.  She threw up twice both yesterday and today.  Just wondering if anyone else experienced this and what you did to make sure Baby was staying hydrated.  I just fed her when I got home from work, but DH said she would not really eat much from the bottle while I was gone. I don't think she is really sick because besides that, she is totally herself...smiling and rolling all over the place.

My DS had the stomach flu for a couple of days, but when I went to the pedi she verified that it probably was the flue, however she said her dd has gotten sick each time she teeths.   She said there is no medical explanation but it does happen.
