I have two that I use regularly.
Salsa Pork Chops
- Mix together one can drained black beans, one can drained corn, one jar salsa (I use hot) in the crock pot.
- Add in pork chops (I usually use 4). They can be browned or not.
- Cook all day on low. I serve with brown rice and a salad.
Mushroom Pork Chops
- Mix a can of mushroom soup (yes, in this recipe I use it), can of water, crushed garlic clove.
- Add in pork chops (I usually use 4). They can be browned or not.
- Cook all day on low.
