Brittany and Jason met at a party -- “I walked in and immediately locked eyes with Jason, who was playing cards,” Brittany says. Brittany made her way into the game and the twosome spent the rest of the night talking and laughing.

Just five months after they’d started dating, Jason proposed in a sculpture garden at Christmastime. Brittany opened a box from him and found a miniature stocking tree ornament inside. Before she could thank him, Jason interrupted and told her to hold out her hand. As she did, he held up the ornament and a gorgeous ring fell into her palm. “Jason completely surprised me!” Brittany says.
