Elegant and Detailed Cake

Adam's favorite part of the wedding planning was going to pick out the cake. Well it was actuall tasting the cake. I found this great little bakery, which actually is owned by a cousin's of mine- A cousin I never knew I had. I went to a bridal show and there she was. I noticed her address was close to my father's cousin's farm. It turns out that it is my father' cousin's sister.-anyway her cakes are great. She had these old bridal cake magazines from the 30's 40's and 50's and there are some really great ideas in them. I allowed Adam total control over cake design and flavor. I only asked that there were no nuts or almond in it because of allergies. Each tier of the cake is a different flavor. marble, vanilla, choclate.
