Still Procratinating and more to the fuel added to my already intense fire
So - I didn't do my invites (you're know if you're coming or not and most of my family knows I'm getting hitched - whoop de do - it's sacrasm) and now I find out I'm seriously planning a move (can't go into too much detail but either way - but my time deadline got pushed forward). To top it all off, I'm so busy all this week - work projects, work meetings, going to see the Pope (yeah I'm going to see the man in white), church meetings, planning to move, other mundane life things that comes my way.

Moving bummer
Each year I get my hopes up about potentially moving to a bigger apartment. I love the neighborhood we live in because of how close it is to things, so I always look to see what's available around here. There's a new building that's going to have apartments and although it includes a good amount of amenities, it's so expensive. I am reminded of how expensive it can get to live in this city

Moving Company Recs?
Hi Ladies, I am moving in two weeks from Falls Church to Woodbridge. Do you know of any good moving companys in the area? I recieved a quote today that was for almost $900. I was trying to stay in the $600 and below range. Its not like I have a lot of stuff. I only live in a two bedroom condo. Is $900 an average for movers? TIA

Moving to L.A....
Good evening ladies, I'm moving to L.A. and I don't think it really hit me until now. I'm super excited (I have a new job that will rock) but I hadn't really focused on all the friends I would be leaving behind until tonight. Plus, my husband will stay up here in Sacramento until he finds work down in the L.A. area. I'll be staying with my in-laws until then. I think this is going to be harder than I thought. Moving Back to MN!
Hi everyone! I wanted to introduce myself...I was born and raised in the Twin Cities and moved away for college and then with my now-DH. We are moving back this summer and I am so excited! My OBGYN is moving :( Need Recs . . .

Hello all! My husband may be accepting a job in the Phoenix area and we're about to begin the home search. Any tips or opinions on areas to live? We have a friend in Queen Creek, one in Mesa, and one in Phoenix; but all of them are single (or permanently engaged) guys so I'm not taking their advice too seriously. OMG! We might be moving to Golden!!
Jeremy has been bitching about gas prices a lot lately. He even was trying to convince me he needed to buy a motorcycle to save on it. We live in Bailey and drive 35 miles to Golden to work. He was a little drunk last night and I was teasing him about moving to Golden and he okayed it. Turns out he was serious! He wants me to start looking into it. But selling a house is scary scary stuff. And the timing between selling and buying? Not going to be fun.

Possibly moving to New Orleans
My husband is applying to medical school, and his first choice is Tulane. We LOVE New Orleans and are so excited about the possiblity of moving to your city. We are from Charleston, SC, and if any of you have ever visited Charleston, there are a lot of similarities between your city and ours. We are starting to look at what is available for housing. We would ideally live in an area where we could walk to dinner, shopping, etc. It is just the two of us and our dog, so we don't need a lot of space.

Moving supplies
I'm sure this has been asked before, but do any of you ladies know of a place where I can purchase bubblewrap or paper for cheap? I can get boxes. Most places I've looked, they cost quite a bit of money. ... Uhaul, storage companies, other moving companies. I would order them online, but I need the stuff asap, and I would be worried they didn't ship in time. Thanks for any suggestions you can give me.

Need to find a job- Moving scared!
My DH was offered a great job for us to make the move back home to Cleveland. Now I am getting so nervous that my work wont have a position for me there, They have an office in Cleveland but its fully staffed. I have been searching the job sites (monster etc) and there really isnt much to choose from. I work in logistics and have been with my company for 8 years. I dont want to leave them, I really like my company. DH wont accept a job until I have one. I am just feeling really pressured right now.

Work is moving to new location...I'm a little upset
I've known for some time now we were moving to East Hartford in April. I'm fine w/ the move itself, it's a little bit closer, so that's good. Here is what I'm upset about. Working the evening shift- I get out anywhere from 12-3 a.m. (average 1:30-2) Our location now has a secured parking area and garage. You have to go through a security gate w/ a guard to come and go. I LIKE having a security guard when I am walking to my car at that hour, and I like that the lot is secured so you need a badge to
