We have known each other since we were really young, as we grew up in a small town. We were in the same group of friends in high school, although at that time I never even remotely considered dating Shaun. We started dating in the fall of 05, got engaged in the winter of 08 & got married that summer.
We got married on July 5th, 2008 in his sister's backyard. It was beautiful & totally 'us'. We got married in front of a group of our friends and family under a big old tree and moved the party under a tent for a night of dancing and bbq. It was wonderful, and as an added bonus, we now get to share our lives together.
