We purchased our first house a few months after we got engaged. We got a great deal on it because it was a foreclosure listed only on the HUD website. It's a 3br, 2ba with just over 2 acres of land. The people who built the house did not do any landscaping so the yard is grown up and has stumps everywhere. We'll be landscaping as soon as we get some money together.
Susie (mutt) and Belle (pom) are our babies. They are about a week apart in age. Mike found an ad in the paper for 'jack russel mix puppies - $20' and had to have one. He picked the smallest and she stayed pretty small. She weighs about 12lbs at a year old. Belle was a christmas gift last year from my mother. She's larger than she should be and may not actually be pure pomeranian but we love her to death.
