We were planning on finding a condo right near Washington DC. However after looking for a few months, even in the current recession, we felt that the prices were still too high for what you get in the area. Inventory has been low so there hadn't been much to find. Unexpectedly, we came across a new construction luxury high rise in Tysons's Corner, VA (20 mins from DC) and fell in love with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. We are closing in a few months and can't wait to move in!
